Stayed in the One-Bedroom King Suite. Super spacious with two King beds, which were really comfy. The kitchen area was a huge plus—full fridge and all. I loved having two showers, made it easy when getting ready. Overall, the room felt luxurious without being over the top. The decor was nice, and it had a cozy vibe. No major complaints, everything was clean and well kept!

The lobby was beautiful and I was impressed when I saw a nail salon using the lobby for their photoshoot. The rooms were cozy and the staff helped us out during our hectic Zoom seminar.

We faced issues with inadequate hot water supply. It was frustrating that the only hot water was in the kitchen sink. Additionally, there was a lack of information during check-in about amenities like parking and breakfast options.

The King Studio Suite was incredibly gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring an abundant selection with local cheese, making it hard to leave hungry. The room attendants were personable and created a welcoming atmosphere, akin to a family gathering. However, the lack of a heated pool area was a letdown, and some amenities felt a bit dated. Plus, the outdoor lounge, while beautiful, could use better maintenance.

The suites are spacious with well-equipped kitchenettes. The happy hour offers a decent selection of snacks and drinks. My only issue was waiting over 30 minutes for the elevator during peak times.

The kids loved the big pool, and the breakfast was fantastic with hot and fresh choices ! Just wish the ice machine worked.

During my stay, the hot water was inconsistent, with only lukewarm water available for the shower, which was a bit of a bother when expecting a hot rinse after a long day. Additionally, I encountered some confusion around parking and amenities upon check-in. I wasn’t made aware of the continental breakfast available until checkout. This could be a hassle for those accustomed to a more streamlined experience.

The breakfast was AMAZING! Freshly baked croissants along with a variety of organic juices were a hit. The room was comfy, but the toilet paper could use an upgrade. 😅

Our King Studio Suite had air conditioning, a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. A cozy seating area. Loved the indoor swimming pool and the large fitness center with plenty of equipment. Breakfast was super tasty with lots of options like breakfast tacos. Clean and very comfy all around!
